swazisrock:
You have moved to the UK, why the UK?
Amy: I have always wanted & enjoyed travelling. The UK was the obvious choice that stood out. If it wasn't the UK it would have been Australia.

swazisrock: Is this a permanent move?
Amy: No it is not, atleast not in my plans.

swazisrock: What do you like the most about where you are right now?
Amy: By far, the people. I work with and for the most amazing of souls.

swazisrock: Who are you working with right now?
Amy: I am doing in-service training, as part of my studies, at The Hoste Arms, Norfolk, UK.

swazisrock: How long have you been modeling and what made you want to become a model?
Amy: I am not modeling, never really have. Has always been my dream, but just hasn't happened. However, I am working on changing that. I loved playing dress up as a kid. My mom used to come back from work, to find me in heels, make up n all dressed up. I guess it matured from there.

swazisrock: Can you briefly describe what the journey in developing your modeling career has been like?
Amy: I did 3years of modeling classes while at school in Witbank, SA. After which I came back home to join Miss SD pageant, then went to study hotel management in CT, SA. I didn't do any modeling there as the weather had a terrible effect on my skin. Now I am in the Uk, working on my career.

swazisrock: How would you describe your personal style?
Amy: I am not defined by a single style. What I wear is dependant on the mood I'm in. However, I do prefer heels & short, tight outfits, when dressing up. And jeans, t-shirt & sneakers when in chill mode.

swazisrock: What are your hobbies?
Amy: Modeling, reading, socializing, traveling and puzzels.

swazisrock: What does your typical day look like?
Amy: Get up at 6am, get sorted for work at 7am. At work till 3pm. Chill n catch up with things I need to get done. Back at work at 6pm till 10pm. Come back & sleep.

swazisrock: What is in your iPod right now?
Amy: I don't own an iPod, not really my style. However, I am always listening to Metro Fm, via live streaming. I'm liking Usher - Stand, Neyo - Year of the Gentleman & Lionel Richie & the Commodores - The Definitive Collection.

swazisrock: What are your plans for the next month, year and beyond that?
Amy: Next month I am planing on going on holiday, (SD, Austrailia, France, Germany, Italy, Rome.) Next year I plan on making my final move to a place I can call MY HOME. In the future I see myself owning my own intimate boutique hotel.

swazisrock: What do you like most about Swaziland?
Amy: The way everyone knows everyone. U are never lost for a friend. Plus its home.

swazisrock: Can you compare your UK experience with life in Swaziland?
Amy: It doesn't feel all that different except for the freezing cold weather.
